Responsibilities
- Coordinate with HC Manager to Provide analysis and recommendation to increase effectiveness of organization
- Support HR strategy in analyzing and providing services in the organizational structures, breakdown roles & responsibilities each position, competency matrix, and operating procedures that suitable to organization’s vision, mission and strategy.
- Design, develop, and manage the strategies and framework of Performance Appraisal such KPI or OKR to evaluate and motivate employees objectively and fairly.
- Manage job analysis, job evaluation, and job description as well as job grading.
- Carry out the corporate culture internalization program according to the annual work plan.
- Develop the implementation of talent development, including monitoring career path and competency tracking program.
Qualifications
- 3+ year’s experience in professional Organization Development.
- Ever work at Tech company or multinational company will be preferred.
- Experience in full cycle of Performance management system such KPI or OKR at Tech Company.
- Experience with Organization Structure, job description, company SOP & Policy developing and monitoring
- Experience in leveraging technology to improve organization effectiveness.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Multitasking, agile mindset, quick learner, and result oriented.
